A rapid response became sustained support.

From November 2023, VIVA expanded longer-term medical assistance for people displaced from Artsakh. Volunteer doctors, coordinators, partner organisations, and donors kept daily medical and humanitarian support operating while applications continued to arrive.

The published report records AMD 195,803,811 raised and used to help people during the period.

Assistance programmes

Medical and family support across Armenia.

Endocrinology

Medicine and consultations reached people living with type 1 and type 2 diabetes and thyroid conditions.

Palliative care

Continuous medical, humanitarian, diagnostic, and treatment support was provided to people with serious illnesses.

Maternity & childhood

The programme assisted 657 pregnant women and 303 newborns, while more than 800 further applications were recorded.

Regional assistance

Mobile teams visited 35 Armenian villages and reached more than 700 families with medical care, medicines, consultations, and essential aid.
