## Cookie choices

This site uses necessary cookies to operate. Optional analytics or marketing cookies should run only after a visitor makes a consent choice in the CookieYes banner.

The CookieYes plugin stores consent preferences in a necessary cookie named cookieyes-consent. The plugin can be used locally without creating or connecting a CookieYes cloud account.

## Enquiries and forms

When you send an enquiry, VIVA receives the contact details and message you provide so the team can respond. Do not send medical records, payment card details, or other sensitive information through the general contact form.

## Donations

VIVA does not collect or store payment-card details on this website. Approved payments are handed off to the selected bank’s secure payment page. Donation processing remains disabled until the merchant setup and legal copy are approved.
